The picture quality of the TV is very good. Even with standard signals, it is very crisp without digital processing side effects. The remote, however, is very frustrating. I doubt it was tested very well, and it has the hallmark of electrical engineers working in cubicles not talking to each other. You have to push the buttons over and over to get it to do anything, and when it does, lots of things all at once. It's also weird that the single channel selection is upside down from the direct channel entry buttons, so you're always going in the wrong direction.
